This version works 100%, if you get origin error (known problem with any version), move the game folder to your desktop and be sure it's named "The Sims 4"

Thanks, I'll try this one. I've tried another version that wouldn't work past language selection.

After I extract everything and open EASetup, it asks me to select a language but won't do anything else. :/

EASetup ? you shouldn't even run it.

After installation you go to "The Sims 4\Game\Bin" and run the game through "TS4_x64.exe" or "TS4.exe".

Be sure your AV did not delete any of cracked files (including dll's) because of "false-positive".
Best way is to disable AV before the installation, then after it's done add the game dir to the white list/excluded list in your AV and activate it back again.

All I've done is download the game and extract it.

well , i did released a complete repack having all the released DLCs , instructions are provided for beginners to refer , its install and play from desktop shortcuts
