In honor of the return of Tuesday uploads after a disastrous outage, I present to you a double feature of calamity-battling Finlay Shepard leading his band of washed up sidekicks who told their talent agents "literally anything i dont care"
Sharknado 1 was a joy to sync, it was 30 minutes from opening the audio files to publishing the final product. Nothing added here that wasnt in the live performance but the available remux does look a bit better than the HD high
Sharknado 2 was an absolute debacle from top to bottom (and so was the sync har har), apparently the producers decided to finish the film after the broadcast release and the riffers used that initial TV cut. This version is based on the completely re-edited "extended cut" with a litany of changes, additions, omissions, etc that is the only available version on blu-ray. The saving grace here (and likely the only reason this sync was even possible) was they muted all the audience laughter from the performance. Was it a mistake to try and sync this? Maybe, but to be honest nothing comes close to the blunder of choosing Tara Reid over Vivica A. Fox so I don't feel like such an idiot in comparison.
