Seriously, no Last Jedi?

dont need em to be just like the brand new Marvel movies or anything! it doesn't need to be Black Panther, but i'm also never again sitting through another Roller Gator, and there is a HUGE middle ground there, and for the past few months they've been dangerously close to Roller Gator; also quite frankly it would be nice to see them actually work for it, these just-barely-not-home-movies are all cannon fodder. where are riffs of movies like The Negotiator, or Nick Cage action movies? you can't try to tell me there are licensing issues there. i would rather have a riff a month of something even remotely challenging, than a riff a week of material too painful to watch where the jokes write themselves. most of the time these days, it feels like i'm watching a riff that was never meant to be released to the public because it was just them practicing for something bigger, but the bigger thing never comes. it used to be that these VODs were minor treats between the main courses, now the VODs are the main courses. whatever, bitch bitch bitch about stuff that's free free free. still tho.

Totally agree. And if they want to do just public domain for more profit, then re-do some more old MST3K's with NEW riffs, not just re-doing them live word-for-word.

Or legally they had a better foothold if they went after someone for sharing their stuff online if they owned the whole file and not just an audio choice?

It's been a little more hit or miss for me with Rifftrax lately, but the good ones, especially Godmonster of Indian Flats, are as good as anything they've ever done.

I'm also not a strong syncer, but it might speed things up if you uploaded the mp3 for someone who is.

I think this is the problem everyone's feeling right now. While tearing into a Graydon Clark movie is all well and good, doing it many, many times in a row sucks. Spread them out and no one would be complaining about it.

Like you said, though, the VODs between the main courses was fantastic, now they ARE the main courses and that kind of sucks. I don't dislike them, but I can't say I love em.

Agree with this assessment.

Also, I'd take a shot at syncing if I had the files, but I've NEVER done it, and I have very very limited experience with Premiere and nothing else...

They have no legal liability over what other people do.
