Hi, I've been looking for a serviceable NTSC version (that has English audio) of the movie "Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island". I know there are already torrents of this movie, but to the best of my knowledge, they're all ripped from the PAL DVD, not an NTSC source. Consequently, they're all sped up, making the movie's audio slightly higher-pitched and the movie as a whole slightly shorter (73 mins as opposed to the original 76 mins).
I have a PAL file, and have no idea how to slow it down to make it its original length. Can anyone help with this? Thanks in advance.
