I bailed on the Twilight RT halfway through. It wasn't even that the movie was unwatchably bad, it was more that it was dull as dishwater.
I've never been able to get through the MST3K for Castle of Fu Manchu awake, I always fall asleep before the third host segment.
Two MST3Ks I have finished but don't ever intend to watch again are High School Big Shot (too soul-crushingly depressing) and Kitten With a Whip (because I want to strangle both the main characters).

OMG, the Apple. I literally could not sit through that a second time or ever since. That goes the same for Kitten with a Whip. I can usually watch any Riff; MST, CT, TFC, RT, etc a gazillion times cause you always get something new out of each review but those two...man. The Apple was just plain bad no matter how funny the riffs were and (shakes head) it was a musical...I think...I really dont know what the heck it was but it was just...(shivers) I can't even think about it. Anyway, I can't stomach that movie. And Kitten with a Whip? Same reasoning as AceinExile...the main characters were just so unappealing and I actually like Ann Margaret but in that movie...wow...just couldnt watch it again. Maybe she was that good at making me hate her character. LOL

I have a few MST3K/Rifftrax I couldn't get through though off the top of my head:
Rollergator
Time of the Apes
Buffalo Rider (just got sick of the over the top animal abuse)
I very much agree on Rollergator. It's scraping the bottom of what can be called a "movie".
And Buffalo Rider plus some Rifftrax shorts had too much animal abuse for me to enjoy the riffing. There was a black and white MST short with some guy capturing wild animals that was also not enjoyable for me so I skip it and just watch the movie.
But with comedy, there's bound to be misses when they overstep a boundary for some viewers so this is inevitable.

The Last Airbender.
My wife and I are big fans of Avatar: The Last Airbender, and the movie is so bad, plus just takes a giant dump on ATLA. Bad directing, bad acting, and disrespectful of the source material.

It was just way too terrible, even with the riffs.
So, I was wondering, are there any riffs you just can't make it through?
Rollergator IS horrible, but mainly frustrating. The riffs saved it for me. As far as unbearable:
MST3K - Hamlet - Just the wrong material/format to take on. Don't think I've ever made it to the end.
RiffTrax - Aeon Flux - The movie was so lame that I can't even sustain interest to hear the jokes.

I'm slowly assembling a list of terrible rifftrax from these replies.
I'm surprised how many of them I haven't seen. I'll have to try them out for myself.

What I don't like about "Catching Trouble" isn't the way he treats animals, I've seen much, much worse. What I hate is his shitty quips after each catch. I mean, who are your writers, cigarette smoking chimps ?
Buffalo Rider has one of my favourite scenes : said Rider being attacked by that cougar (or mountain lion, idk). It gave me an idea for a parody, picture this: Buffalo Rider is loading his pistol, the scene is very long and drawn out in silence. When he's about to shoot the deer, he is attacked by the set of "Cats" with dance routines and all. That's comedy gold, Jerry!

I've gotta admit that I can't get all the way through any of the Transformers flicks - they're basically all a grand mal seizure set to film. Can't enjoy even the riffing on this (I'm thinking that the only way to watch the whole trilogy is on a cocaine bender).
Makes me want to render myself unconscious with a mallet. That being said, the ONLY way I can endure Twilight is Rifftrax - or a Clockwork Orange type of forced viewing.
