Thanks to Bobjoe for the sync. As they noted, the PAL source is far superior to the NTSC disc, however as usual with PAL discs everything is sped up ~4% to achieve the 25FPS (Mike and the guys actually sound a little younger with the resulting higher pitch). I corrected this, and it's running now at the proper 23.976FPS. I also ran an AI filter (ArtemisLQv13) which has mixed results because of the overall low quality of the picture (the disc is essentially 400p instead of the usual 480/576p). As such, I've also included a non-upscaled, but fixed, DVDRip that I created using the PAL DVD.
