Observation: it is, by all means, a dead torrent, as NOBODY is seeding it since quite a long time, and I'm stuck at 75.6% since at least one month (and tried to dl the torrent since more than 3 months)

No idea how Piratebay updates (and how frequently) the data about the seeds, because in this case the value is clearly WRONG.
