Hi there.. it downloaded to 94% almost immediately but nobody seems to have the last 220 Mb and it's stuck there.. if anybody can reseed I'll leave it seeding once it completes.

Also I wanted to know how strict is the "wait a week between posts" and if it applies to different subforums.
