sorry i'm not trying to be a dick just it's crazy how many of you are INTO THE MOVIES, that's not the point of all this, go just watch the movies then! srsly!

The important thing is that you took the comments really well and definitely didn't freak out at all.

Sorry about that man, I drink. I looked up your other comments after the fact and felt a bit bashful.

I finally watched the live version of ... me. I was a bit disappointed, TBH. I found (a) the jokes were landing a bit flat (b) I was waiting / expecting the original MST3K lines to be said in certain scenes, but they weren't, even though they were funnier lines than those used in the live version and © it felt like 'Solo', ie, just like you expect them to explain how Han got his name and how he met Chewie / got the Millennium Falcon you just wait for butt jokes and Big McLargeHuge names, none of which outshone the originals. If they are going to make new riffs for live shows anyway, then they should just watch a new movie, UNLESS THEY CAN MAKE IT BETTER. But we've been yelling that at Hollywood regarding their rehashing old movies for decades now, and they certainly have not listened ...

Sorry. I just feel empty inside.

I agree with this pretty much, it was fun had me laughing a few times but not as good as the original episode of MST3K

Y'know, I completely get what you're saying, I also think it was not their best (nor the worst). What I find strange is that Manos, a Joel (and Trace) era movie worked perfectly with the MKB and yet a MKB era MST3K movie didn't so much. I wish we could see Cinematic Titanic riff it instead Tongue
What they need is a new Jack, The Giant Killer. It hadn't been riffed before, as opposed to the other ones, it's a 60s fantasy movie and worked great. In a way, it was a big risk if you think about it. I hope Krull works Confused

Speaking of Jack The Giant Killer have you seen the musical version?  same movie but with cheesy songs ... I think that version would make a great live show since MKB like to sing Smile

Apparently I missed grabbing a copy of Space Mutiny Live even though I requested it. Unfortunitly the Mega link has gone dead. Would anyone post a new/usable mega link. Please?
