Make the changes in a VM Q91 after an install and only use the VM for a week or two like you suggested.

Has anyone found out more information that's not outdated, or based on studies on computers with 4GB or less RAM?

nelly: If my computer do fuck up (I dont trust VMs for true evaluation), I could always use a system restore

So, it's been more than a month since I completly turned of virtual ram. Only time I really maxed my memory (and CPU at that) was when i was trying to run 3 copies of imagemagick commandlines when trying to create gifs (man they are really heavy duty for something so obsolete Tongue)
