Myself and several peers stuck at 99.8% for about a week. A reseed just for a short time would let us complete and seed the torrent for others.
2011.02.19.The.Bank.Job.2008.BluRay.1080p.x264.DTS-MySilu would work too; about same amount of people stuck at 75.9%.
