I'm not sure if this is a good trivia question or not, but I'll post in General Discussion in case others wish to add non-movie-related trivia.

So, for 10,000 points: What American film begins with the first spoken word being "Quarantine"?

Unless you're a real/reel buff, the answer shouldn't be obvious although, once revealed, it will make sense contextually.  Please don't cheat!  I suppose it's possible there are multiple correct answers but I don't think so in this case.

The name of the film has the first word of "quarantine" in the dialogue, not the title.

So my good faith guesses and CG's Google search were incorrect.

If so, Jesus, this trivia just got serious. Can we get a hint (like genre???)
