Copyright holders can not compile data from p2p networks, because users privacy prevails over copyright.
"IP adresses are personal data, so they are under the Data Protection Law"
"The fact that an IP adress is visible doesn't imply that it can be use by third-party"
"The protection of copyright can not be done violating other rights"
"No fundamental right is absolute, but in this case the Court understands that the Data Protection Right prevails over the Intelectual Property Right"
