I have certainly had to deal with customer service over the years that was so bad that it was insulting, but not literally insulting or intentionally abusive.  That is quite unusual; so unusual it's rather hard to believe you were dealing with real Amazon employees.

My biggest concern in such a situation would be that I was catfished for my card information by an imposter website.  You would think, though, that the crooks would have the good sense to be polite and evasive in their communications with you, but criminals can be pretty stupid.  I would be getting in touch with the bank to cancel the card and replace it with a new one ASAP.

I would also suggest making screenshots of your email exchange and appending them as exhibits to an official complaint with your state's consumer protection agency.  In most states, the agency is a division of the state attorney general's office (if not, then send a copy to the AG's office too).  Make sure to mention your suspicions of catfishing.  Their website most likely has PDF forms for this, so you should be able to do it all online.  Don't be too surprised if you get a phone call in response; it's possible a criminal investigation is already underway.  Crooks like this try to take in as many victims as possible.

If it weirdly turns out that you were dealing with actual Amazon employees, then also attach a copy of your consumer agency complaint to a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.  This quite unacceptable behavior from any legitimate business.

there's only single thought in my mind after reading this what the hell are them people doing there employed? They clearly cannot behave properly in the society they can't deal with people
something similar is happening here with the ISP customer service/technical support. Some of them are TOTALLY zonked out and have no business working there, they lack the technical experience or any form of knowledge while also assuming the person who calls them knows nothing about networking. Whatever your question is just reboot the router if it ddidn't help we'll send a technician to you so we can charge you and then it turns out the problem is on THEIR side after the technician come to you despite your multiple attempts to tell them that ITS NOT a proble on YOUR side. LUckily for me I have a decent ISP but some of my friends wasn't so lucky

When what you pay is shit and the working conditions are even worse, it simply enables this kind of bad behavior; although the level of it you describe here is unusual.  I am unsure about Amazon's pay, but they are infamous for terrible working conditions and illegally interfering with employee attempts to organize.  You should go ahead and make an official complaint(s) against them anyway.  They may well have fobbed you off with lies about their intentions to "correct" the situation.
