In my case it was a few years ago and things were different then; a couple days for an answer and voila.
Maybe you should ask the mods if your request had any problem, it sounds like too long for a reply, but I don't know.

What I've seen people here doing is to ask others with a TPB account to upload files that they have for them for the time that they can't register and, from the looks of it, has worked very well.

If you can't register, would you like to do that?

Ehhhhhhhhh, i don't understand how to use magnets? I only know how to create a torrent, >~<
Magnet links I believe, are a way to download. Creating a torrent is a different process altogether.

If you were looking for an existing torrent, we can give the link and the magnet to it for convenience purposes.

Creating torrent=before, having magnets = after creation is completed.

They are mostly interchangeable, especially with public trackers.

A torrent is usually a file that contain the information in itself (the trackers it connect to, the list of files, the hash of torrent etc). A magnet URL use the same hash of the torrent but has no other information and will crawl the network which use a distributed database, so you ask peers who has the files you seek and the information spread to find those who have said files.

Which is way magnet URL weight nothing compared to torrent but may have a delay before finding the content you seek, because you need to crawl the distributed hash table to find the proper peers (where torrent usually use a trackers that centralize that so it's quicker to "start").
