I'm facing problem installing livery not BBJ model/variant using the PMDG Operations Center. It says the livery was installed, but when I get in the MFS2020 I can't see the livery installed, only BBJ models. Somebody knows how to fix it?

Hi! please help! I load 737 in cold and dark, do all the procedures, push out, start the engines, the engines work. But the engines do not respond to ores. That is, the ores move from the joystick, the alarm even beeps, but the speed is at idle. Maybe someone had this? Thank you.
