As the uploader of that "repacked" version... I assume you meant you wanted it "unpacked"?
That upload is a 0-day untouched scene release. This is how it trickles down from "the scene" to places such as TPB. As such, it is about as far as possible from "repacked" and I leave them in that unadulterated state when I upload as a form of quality control. Most uploaders unpack/extract them to make them more readily accessible; I'm one of the few uploaders that don't. The 0-day packing isn't very newb friendly: each zip file contains a rar archive (don't let that .001 fool you into thinking it's a split archive; it's not), all the rar archives together contain the game contents. It short, it's "double-archived".
Step-by-step 0-day extraction process:
1. Get the rar files by extracting each zip file. There should be one rar file in each of them, either in a traditional rar extension or as a "split archive" extension (such as .001, .002, etc.).
2. Get the contents by extracting one of the rar files. Opening the first one is preferable, but not required. If your archives were in the "split archive" format, you may have to assign a program to operate it. Any program capable of extracting rar files will do.
3. Once you have the contents, follow the instructions in the included NFO file (use Notepad to open). In this case, run setup.bat first and then game.exe to play.
NOTE: "Repacked" is in quotations because it has a different meaning in file-sharing communities. It refers to taking something originally packed from "the scene", extracting it, and then packing it up again (usually as a single archive and/or with better compression).
