I would say don't bring much attention for yourself, this is why VPN's are important, as an ISP legitimately cannot tell what you're doing, and you can play it off as you just wanting privacy, which a lot of people can relate with. In fact for me it's both, I like my privacy and also a little yarr harring sometimes.
