NextBit Encode

hi
i am doing most of 1080p BluRay in 3000Kbps and DTS audio with some sharp and degraining filters and also 8bit SDR 2160p encode.
Most of you like my encoding and i am thankful for it.
i have tried to encode 3D so kindly see what is good and bad in it as it was my first 3D Half-OU encode.

i am using AMD FX 8300 with 8GB RAM to encode. most of time i get 3-4FPS at slow preset in x264.
