It depends on what level of proficiency you're at, I'm assuming you're a novice and taking up classical arabic, rather than one of the modern dialects? Conversational arabic shouldn't take long to grasp, whereas learning to speak/read/write fluently can take a lifetime of learning and requires some serious self-motivation. Taking classes will help you with grammar, pronounciation etc, or do a web search for exercises with audio options, so you can hear as you learn.
Most arabic-lang exercise books, particularly for beginners, tend to be very short with no more than around 20 pages, and as they're dirt cheap (or usually free if you enrol in classes) you'll be hard pressed to find any on the web. The longer, thicker books that are geared towards intermediate and advanced students are available on the net but I'm not sure these will be suitable for you.

Children's arabic books are also an excellent way to ease you into all things grammar, and again, depending what level you're at, you may find yourself reading a book aimed at 4 year olds, which might sound daft but if your arabic reading age is 0, the book may seem advanced until you catch-up.
