Need help to lock up my Samsung Galaxy J3

Hi there! Is there anyone out there who can help me? I forgot the code to open the screen on my phone!!! I want to do a hard reset.I clicked on the buttons I suppose to but not the same pic shows up. Or if there is a program that I can use to lock it up? Saw dr phone,but to lock it up once I dont want to pay for a whole year!!! I cant afford it either. Can someone please,please help me?
