NYC EPICENTERS 9/11-2021½ - Episode 2+3

This HBO series, directed by Spike Lee, has been in the news recently but the first episode barely seems to have been ripped/uploaded and the two subsequent episodes aren't available anywhere. I'm not sure how everyone missed it. Maybe they thought it was a movie, because the episodes are two hours each?
Does anyone know why this happened? |
