You hack into people's accounts and read their e-mails? You record their phone calls?

Not phones but we monitor all data that goes through our system, perfectly legal because they agree to it when they use the service. I guess you don't realized emails go through tons of relays that you have no control over and the relays can look at your information. If it is not encrypted you can't stop them. They only record phone calls for people they have warrants on. However they get warrants by monitoring where they are calling which is no different than sitting on the road and watching where you are driving to.
