This should be a decent book on long distance running. It also has a good take on podiatric issues like running with flat feet. It seems, the book also contains some words of wisdom and motivation that should be, of course, omitted. But the training knowledge shoud be very much OK. So thank you if you have the book. I can share Dicharry's "Runing Rewired" if anyone is interested.
