Make flames animated for a gif?

Hi,

not sure someone could actually do this, it's about an animated gif as a user pic for a friend of mine.
Can anyone make the two flames animated, so they kind of flicker maybe with occasional light smoke.
And the icing on the cake could be a pair or glooming eyes, what do you think?

Here is a template in large, although the final user pic might only be around 100 x 100 px or so.
