I am looking to get the monthly issues of a couple different magazines... is there an easy to use website or APP that allows me direct torrent link or pdf download of the most recent monthly issue?

Have you tried Library Genesis?

They have a bunch of sites named Library Genesis.

If at all you are in doubt try to see if they have a link that spells GET, as they mostly do, click on it.

I believe that's where I get my Nintendo Power magazines.
