I hope they get sorted soon because RiffTrax is the only way I'll be able to watch this turkey. I had the same problem yesterday. Mega seems to have intentionally broken things. Old links still work, but if you look at the same files now and go to Get Link, the links are all in the new format, which is invisible to downloaders. So that's a big problem that seems to have just been added in the past day or two.
I tried it with both JDownloader and Miipony and neither could find any downloadable items from the links.

MEGA looks like it's all working again including Jdownloader links, even the chrome extension got updated and is back to normal
