Looking for someone to make me a material

I'm not sure if anyone here can do this, or what would be involved. I need someone to make a material for a pantyhose model (I prefer the CJ Studio one, but I'll happily take one for any other model that I can download somewhere or is cheap) basically I want to be able to turn whichever pantyhose model from your basic blacks or fishnets or whatever, to this: 




I'd be very in debted to anyone that can do this.
