This is from Brain Damage Films, which has ties to Tim & Eric. They only put out 2 movies, Crazy Murder and Leolex (with James Quall as the main character).
I'm only interested in the DVD ISO, since the DVD is not available for purchase in any condition. If one looks hard enough, there are low bitrate videos that can be downloaded if one looks hard enough using Yandex, but the quality is very poor.
