Thanks so much for the excellent work runbillrun! I noticed you had a few movie air dates marked as being TBD for Joe Bob's drive-in. I've been using the episode guide created by this letterboxd user https://embed.letterboxd.com/moncayk1/li...er/detail/ to populate the thetvdb.com listing (https://www.thetvdb.com/series/joe-bobs-...in-theater). It seems pretty accurate so far. I believe the missing air dates are as follows:

July 21, 1991 (Saturday)
W.B., Blue and the Bean [Bail Out] (1989) – 11:00 PM
Games That Lovers Play [Lady Chatterly Versus Fanny Hill] (1971) – 12:45 AM

July 11, 1992 (Saturday) – Macho Man Month: Wings Hauser
Hostage (1986/7) – 11:05 PM
L.A. Bounty (1989) – 12:45 AM

Also, I noticed a few of them are marked as "incomplete" does this just mean they are missing some Joe Bob segments or is the movie itself incomplete?

Thanks! I've been looking for an episode list like this. I have one for Monstervision, but not Drive-In Theater.

For the incomplete episode, the Joe Bob segments were posted to the Patreon in an incomplete version. A lot of it is there, but there's no intro and I think there's a cut in the middle. The films are complete. Provided that this is updated on the Patreon in the future, I'll replace them with complete versions.
