TPB must remain the same. Read the above comments to see why. Also, this will excuse the site from being laggy (KAT is sometimes laggy) and will keep the flexibility up Smile

What is "laggy" supposed to mean in this context?  I don't understand what you're saying.

Uhm, Im no expert here but I think the current look of TPB is part of its trademark look.
I mean changing it is like changing your culture and tradition.

If you need to improve something do it on the back-end. ^_^
No offense intended mates..

I expect more polite  from and admin. You might as well close this thread if your level of tolerance is so low and if there so much fatality when change of look is implied.

Admins already made the point, TPB design wont change, so don't bother coming with suggestions, or "rules". Yet people keep coming with "oh but it should change" "oh but needs a renewal" "oh but this and that". The final answer is no, it wont change, so might aswell stop and accept it the way it is or move along. Sure sometimes a redesign help refresh things, but not here.

If you don't like it the way it is, there are many other places to go.

Welcome to The Pirate Bay mate!

P.S.- Don't challenge admins/mods, lol

Both of these lines of thought are wrong.

First and foremost, all crew here were members before they became part of the crew. That doesn't mean we stopped being members.  We just took on some additional responsibilities.

Being part of the crew doesn't automatically mean we are right.  So by all means, go ahead and challenge us.  Just don't expect us to automatically agree with you, or not challenge you back.

Being staff certainly doesn't require us to be polite.  If you say something retarded or repeat the same thing that's been said 1000 times before, don't expect everyone to pat you on the head and call you cute.

Many of the posts we make aren't official statements or declarations of policy.  Most of the time, we are just participating in the conversation.  Feel free to disagree or outright ignore it.  Unless it is red text.  Then it would be wise to not ignore it.

So feel free to talk about changing the look of TPB all you want.  That's what the thread is for.  But when there are repeated responses as to why it won't change, one has to wonder why there is any surprise at the replies they get for repeating the question.
