How do you go about Downloading Pirate apps and games and Ebooks on my Kindle

Also can somebody explain why these 2 links I can't download the Torrents on these pages:

I am not using a PC I am using a Kindle Fire HDX & it gives you 2 torrent programs Crystal Downloader & Download Everything Pro & neither will download the links at all

It doesn't give me the option to install it because it goes to the Google play store & it doesn't list my Kindle Fire HDX as a device I can install it on it keeps listing my old Device Google Nexus 7 as the only Device you can install on

I've never even heard of those apps and I very much doubt whether anyone here uses them.
