How can I download a torrent with no peers?

The torrent I'm trying to download is: https://thepiratebay.org/description.php?id=7079955^(onion) but there are no seeds or peers in torrent. uTorrent stucks on "Connecting to peers". How can I download that game?

No seeds and no peers mean there is nothing to download.

However, the actual count is not reliable on TPB.

Google 'nosang tracker list' and add the preferred list to your client. it might help.
Visible peers/seeds mean nothing. It depends on port inbound/outbound settings on the VPN and/or router.

Of note: I have seen posts with plenty of seeds, but no peers. These dont seem to permit download connections.
