Help with photoshop CC

Hi everybody.
Can anybody help with a problem I have with Ps CC,if it's installed I can't use his browser,it tells me that it's not installed,is it possible? thanks in advance. regards,charles

Photoshop CC was designed to run in cloud, in a way of curbing piracy (which failed, btw).
