[Help] ISO to USB for XBOX360?

I don't know how to start the game once I burn it onto a USB. Am I even able to use a USB for the game? Any help would be appreciated. I'm not really sure what all the settings mean whenever I burn the ISO file onto the USB. Don't know if this is important but I have a XBOX360 Slim 250GB.
