HELP: Premiere Pro installation error

Please advise regarding Premiere Pro installation error.

My original source for Premiere Pro torrent:

OS: Windows 8.1

After initiating set up to start install I get this Windows error msg:

I found a setup.exe in C:\Users\Angie\AppDat\Local\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\D6
so I tried moving it to setup.exe from to DEcore folder but

Install still hangs "Preparing to install" requiring Task Manager to close.

Please explain reason and a solution completing this installation.

PS: I got same error attempting Flash Pro install.

After the torrent extracts it should extract to your desktop. Then once you've disabled Network Adapters etc you should have only one executable, setup.exe that needs to be ran.

You don't need to run any additional .exe's, esepecially the OOBE (Out Of Box Experience) you mentioned above.

Use REVO Uninstaller to remove your current install then run an advanced search with it to find and remove any leftovers.

Re-boot and run the install again. Follow any installation instructions that are in the torrent EXACTLY.

Actually I did only run the setup.exe from the desktop folder; but I will take your advice and cleaning up and begin again.

Should I include leftover files from Common Files for deletion such as

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\core
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\core\resources\Dictionary\cs_CZ, etc.

or do they need to stay because they were from my previous Adobe apps.
