Like all sites, the forum falls over from time to time for various reasons.
Unlike sites such as google, we don't have a full time team of IT professionals babysitting it 24/7, constantly ready to swap in a hotsite replacement before you can blink. If we're high it might even take us a day to even notice. Then we have to remember who had the keys last etc. etc.
If it ever closes voluntarily, you will be told here.
If it is ever closed involuntarily, you will be told on TorrentFreak--the closure of TPB's forum would be a headline story there.
Otherwise, if it's down, rest assured it will be back up again within a matter of days, just as it has hundreds of times before for over a dozen years.
