does anyone know what has happened to Gen2  ?  the guy that creates the windows stuff

Yeah, the guy makes exceptional Windows versions, but I think he quit.

I would say though, is that you don't need much to make your own version of Windows.

All you need are:
- a Windows ISO downloaded straight from Microsoft
- an activator if you want to activate it
- several homebrewn Windows stuff if you're looking to do more
- some Windows batch scripting experience
- NTLite and MSMG Toolkit, with the latter from here: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads...kit.50572/

It's not difficult at all, it's just that you might want to download a lot of stuff.

EDIT: Now, one curious question, not a complaint although I prefer KMS activation, is there a reason why Gen2 doesn't include KMS activation?

i still use kms every 180 days ! , if his new releases are not using kms i dont know but you could leave a comment on one of his releases on 1337 i think..ask him

OK, I will.

Personally, I bought a grey market licence key and activated my Windows 11 using it.

It was a good price, the best bargain I've ever found.

Still, for all the Windows ISOs I made myself, I still include the KMS activation as a means of providing functionality to my releases.
