From your post I would assume you are not from the U.S. and you obviously don't have a clue about the laws of the U.S. or the Constituition of the U.S.
First of all, freedom of religion only applies to legally recognized, established religions, I can't just start a religion where I think that I should be able to smoke crack and kill prostitutes. That's not how it works. Someone who claims rights based on their belief of a Flying Spaghetti Monster would be thrown out of court and has no recognized religious rights at all.
Freedom of speech is a totally different thing than freedom of religion, despite your twisted interpretations of them. I can tell anyone I want that the moon is made of Emmenthaler Cheese, and can argue that all day long, because of the freedom of speech, but that in no way means that I can claim that to be a religious belief or claim any legal right from that. I can also say that the OP is a fucking idiot, because of the freedom of speech, but I can't say that because my religion allows me to kill OP's that I can kill you.
Any privately held company is bound by the laws of their particular state and by federal laws. Freedom of religion may allow some of those companies to permit practices that some people don't agree with, but if you don't agree with those practices, then you have every right to use your freedom of speech to protest that company. Or you could just shop somewhere else. Your choice. That is the beauty of America. You have a choice. You can shop where you want, say what you want, and protest against people or companies you disagree with.
As far as your claim of refusal to follow hygiene procedures in food/healthcare, that is just bullshit. No one can work in, for example, a hospital, and refuse to wash their hands before operating. Not only is there no religion that proscribes that, for one thing, but federal laws would prohibit that, for safety reasons.
And for teachers refusing to allow students to examine information they've been given, that's just plain ridiculous. It makes no sense. Any student has the right to question whatever they have been taught to any number of people. Themselves, their parents, other teachers, school boards, lawyers, government officials, etc.
Genital mutilation. Certain religions and many non religious people believe it is right. It doesn't mean it is, but it doesn't give you the right to stop what they believe either.
What makes you the all knowing all seeing prophet of all humanity? What makes you think you can say what is right and wrong? Oh, nothing? Otherwise you would have your own recognized religion and could do whatever you want. But isn't that exactly what you are railing against? People controlling other people? But you want the same thing. You want to control people and tell them what they can and cannot do. You are an egomaniac. You are a hypocrite. And an ignorant asshole.
