So I've done as much field work as I could aside from knocking on the door of local design agency to ask them to share these typefaces.
tpb gave me normal flama typeface but still missing the other variants probably unreleased at the time of putting together the collection. Even went to pastebay via archive.org so I feel I've done my homework and then some.
Commercially released by Feliciana Type Foundry, they're selling whole font family for €500.
