So, i have figured out how to get it working. it worked for me....
I would first recommend that you download a second copy of x-plane 11. because i will need you guys to turn vulkan on. X-Plane 11.50+ only.

Download that, then use the key that @JamesACrown provided
then refresh the plane, and you are good to go!
Notable issues. the EFB and Vertical Speed screens wont work. otherwise, it works like a dream.
Also, to use the EFB you have to go to top bar in x-plane where it says pause, flight, etc. etc. select Boeing 747-200 and then Show/Hide EFB 2D Panel.
To activate vulkan:
Go to X-Plane 11 settings, then go to graphics and then check "enable vulkan"
I only recommend this because if you keep using OpenGL, it will cause X-Plane to crash when trying to load the Felis Boeing 742.

This key that you mentioned is personal and only one user can use it to successfully activate this aircraft.
