Eliminate tags in when uploading

The site asks for tags when uploading, but the function seems dead (gives a 404). why ask for tags when they aren't used? It's waste of several man-hours every day.

If you think it is a waste, why are you still putting tags in?


It is entirely possible that some day Winston might decide to fix the feature, and then all those tags you wasted your life away inputting will magically work again.

On the other hand, if you don't bother with them and Winston fixes it, now your torrents won't have tags.
