A Redditor shared with me their AI upscale of Neil Breen's "Double Down". I've re-coded the 14.7GB file to something a bit more manageable (2.7GB) for my needs and added English subtitles.
This upscale isn't perfect, but it is markedly better than the shit version that Neil created for DVD or any of the rips that have been floating around.
Interlace combing persists, but the overall clarity/sharpness is improved, color depth seems better, and compression artifacting/blockiness is less present.
I'll keep it here for a week or two. Grab it if interested. If anyone has a better version, please share. I've been doing some tests with Topaz AI video enhance and the tests look very promising, but my PC would take more than a week to do the work so it's not happening on my end.
