I can't seem to find either of these, no matter how hard I look!
First is the Doctor Who TV Movie from 1996, a 2 disc version was released in October 2010 in the UK and on 8 February 2011 in North America. I can find the movie itself, but not the second disc with the bonus features...

Second, is the classic Doctor Who serial "The Moonbase". In early 2014, it was released on DVD with animated versions of the missing episodes 1 & 3. Again, I can find the serial, with reconstructions of the missing episodes, but I can't find the newly animated missing episodes that were just released on DVD a month ago.
