Is there any chance of this book's availability?
Dostoevsky - Devils (Trans. and Edited by Micheal R. Katz)
Oxford University Press
While the more famous version (Pevear-Volokhonsky) is readily available (I myself bought the book, back in 2008; at that time Pevear's lengthy introduction graced the paperback/hardcover editions); I don't think I've seen any other version online may it be Macguire trans. or the Katz one. I for one, would very much sample through another edition for some tricky passages.
