Delay in appearance of torrent after upload if not VIP or trusted

I notice a 30 minute delay between time of uploading and time the torrent is listed in recent torrent list for non VIP or trusted users? I guess that's a way to decrease spams?

I like how's it working out already . significantly less spams. Although i imagine the work is not that much easier for mods.

There is no fixed number. In any case, as I've already told you, we don't give skulls to people who asking for them, so you've no longer anything to worry about.
