I cooked pork shoulder blade steaks in the oven for 55 mins @ 375'F
'Seasoned them with lawrys,black pepper, bit of parsley flakes and added a splash of orange juice at the bottom of the pan and dipped the steaks in the OJ before putting them in

Ate some teddy Grahams (mixed berry) while they cooked
