Create new torrent error

I keep getting a Bit Torrent has crash. A crash dump has been save as. error every time I try to add directory file, a folder with two avi's about 2 gb's. I have tried saving the file in different areas of the computer and tried different files folders but still get the same report. I have bit torrent the latest and win 10 pro. I have reinstall it also with no luck. I can create folders that don't have avi's or add file with just a avi, and the create with no problem, but not a add directory with multi avi's. Thanks

Could you try another bittorrent client such as qbittorrent ? See if the problem goes away.

Bittorrent is a generic term. Mention the name of the bittorrent client you are using and the exact version number, for related help. Also ensure you have an 'authentic' version of the software, downloaded from a reliable source; such as one downloaded from the website of that bittorrent client.
