Tested and working in Belgium and possibly other countries with censorship:

Specify manually a DNS server in your connection settings and set it to 8.8.8.8 (Google DNS) or another public DNS.

Here's how to change the DNS server in Windows 7: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windo...p-settings
