Can't upload torrents containing thousands of files
#1
Hello,

I'm trying to upload three torrents to TPB. Each contains thousands of small files. I originally made these torrents as zip files, but they were deleted because TPB doesn't like zipped torrents.

Every time I try to upload any of these torrents, I get either a bad gateway or a gateway timeout error. Torrents containing a more sensible number of files still upload fine. For example, as a test I uploaded a torrent to one of these torrent files and it worked fine.

Should I just try again later, or what?

Hard to see how TPB would delete a torrente just for having ZIP files, even more as there're tons of ARJ, RAR, ZIP, GZIP, ISO, etc torrents indexed.
But sure they won't take torrents deemed too big, either in size (like 100GB) or file count (thousands). Did the crew mention why your first torrent got removed?

Anyway, try making a ISO (DVD or BD) them sending it as torrent, and/or keep it at 30 GB or less, break into volumes if you need.
